  • 1. How many guests can The Cincy Event Center hold?
     

    Our event center comfortably holds 50 guests for sit down-reception style events and 80 guests standing-cocktail style events. Our event space is also handicap accessible.

  • 2. What time can my event start?
     

    You choose your start and end time.

  • 3. Can my event last longer then the scheduled time?
     

    Yes, you can purchase additional time before your event and the day of the event. Additional fees will apply.

  • 4. Does the Cincy Event Center provide centerpieces?
     

    We have several centerpiece options that are available for rent. Prices vary.

  • 5. Is lighting and sound included in the package?
     

    Standard sound equipment is included in all packages. Lighting is not included.

  • 6. Are security guards provided for the event?
     

    No security is provided for the event however local police authorities will patrol the surrounding area during the event for an additional fee.

  • 7. Can I make partial payments?
     

    Yes a 25% deposit must be paid the date of the booking and the payment in full must be made within 10 days of the event. The deposit is non-refundable.

  • 8. Will I be able to setup early for my event?
     

    Yes. You will be able to enter the facilities 30 minutes prior to your start time to setup.
